I’m Yohanan, head

navigator at The Turn.

I provide gold standard advice to you and your team at the crossroads of change.

What I uniquely offer my clients:

An emotionally intelligent, values driven approach to change, leadership and team health. Discernment and strategic intuition that clarifies and opens up each client’s untapped potential.

What clients can expect from their work with me:

Using empathy, experience, and humor, I act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate change and its aftermath in order to flourish. I see each client as unique, and together we develop a custom plan to connect your hopes, goals and needs.

What I most enjoy about my role:

I enjoy the dynamic process of helping clients glean meaning from difficult or disparate experiences and turning past failure into valuable momentum. I am adept at beginnings and endings with an eye toward greater health. As a quick-thinking and engaging live facilitator, I love the thrill of fostering effective communication (with significant experience in cross-cultural and distributed teams).

With his huge breadth of experience, Yohanan has aided us in conflict resolution, navigating burnout and creating a thriving creative environment. Filling in the blanks…

Yohanan earned a BA in Interpersonal Communication from Western Washington University and an MA in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College with an emphasis on leadership development. He is certified as a coach in Strengthsfinder, FOCOS, Habitudes, and WiLD and uses several frameworks from WiLD Leaders where he is an executive fellow and leader in residence.

When not traveling abroad or cruising the USA in Miles, the family camper van, Yohanan lives with his author wife and family and their chill pup, Cosmo on a beautiful island in the Pacific Northwest. Yohanan enjoys daily kayaking, a good glass of scotch, a smart heist film, winning a game of cribbage, and hosting great conversations around the table.

Energy, clarity, and engagement, are all words that come to mind when I think of Yohanan. He brings his soul, his whole self into his work, and makes his clients feel known, seen, and heard.”
